Still talking about collaboration

There are still some more posts about collaboration coming down the line:

• Some more comments on James Robinson Robertson's article on collaboration, from Dennis McDonald.
• Steve Richards disagrees with Michael that collaboration doesn't require changes to culture, just work practices - he says "In my personal experience I have seen a lot of culture related issues that have stalled changes in working practice designed to improve collaboration" and goes on to provide some example scenarios based on his direct experiences.
