And what we have done has really been unofficial.<BR/><BR/>I actually think that's the best way to do it as there's less pressure on the project and you can truly let it run its course without worrying about whether it's going to succeed.<BR/><BR/>Ultimately, I don't think we ever will have a specific SM strategy - I think that blogs, wikis, podcasts, etc will just be additional tools in our kitbag and it will be a case of selecting the best tool for the job.<BR/><BR/>What I am finding is that they certainly seem to be less attractive to Marketing than they are to Corporate Affairs.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
